  5. "University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, sued the university on Nov. 21 after officials refused to release details about sexual assault cases there."

I feel that it was an over reaction on suing the university after officials refused to release details about sexual assault cases. It would be unethical to explain the details because it is violating the privacy and may change the way people look at the person.
